Read here about what it is specifically that a project manager needs in the long run to make it or break it... Well which one are you gonna choose? Make it? Or break it?

Okay.... So I'm writing my first blog post here and in all honesty in reality it does tend to get a bit messy so I'm going to keep it as real as possible all the way. - A.A

3 Qualities
Right. The first one? It's Patience. You gotta be patient with yourself with what you want to achieve, the more patience you have (not necessarily waiting; but waiting for yourself with good manners kind of thing) then the more success you will have.
With this patience you will practically be able to get the things you need to get done without going off tangent or in some peoples case (like mine) it may be to go off tangent so much that you need to be patient to do what you actually needed to do in the first place. This reminds me of people caring for children or family members and so priorities are needed to be met.
The second quality is Perseverance. With this one you'll have to be sensible, not to take too many heavy loads at a time (metaphorically and physically speaking to your situation). I say that from experience; cos we are looking for the long run guys in this. I'd say this reminds me of the gym most.
Just because I used to lift 50kg that other day doesn't mean I will be able to lift it today... But if I do lift it once... Let's just say I'm gonna keep going for it :) The pain I feel from that will be how I will persevere because damn! I have so many jobs to do after that and my friends love to jab me up in my weak spots that day too. The main lesson in this is to remember what we're going to be doing after the activity.
Finally; linked to the second and first quality (like a sponge, water and tap) we have Persistence. Now from my own experience this can be the most dangerous one in the ingredients for success.
Why do I say dangerous? Well... Because there can be a thing as too much success in my opinion. It's almost like gambling; once you start a winning streak you want to keep going more, it could be easy to have all these qualities. 'I'm just reading an article' you may think...
BUT you're not, this is all affecting your life in ways you could not even imagine; or maybe not even at all.
The point I'm making is now you know the 3 qualities; what percentages will you use with these 3 qualities and in what specific situations?
